Terms of Service
Last updated July 1, 2026. These terms apply to PIXL Project Rooms access unless a signed client agreement says otherwise.
Business Use
PIXL Project Rooms is provided by PIXL LLC for business project collaboration around visual production work, including renders, interactive previews, plan review, files, comments, quotes, invoices, immersive access, and hosted delivery.
Authorized Access
Users must access only the projects and files they are authorized to view. Each client is responsible for managing its invited users and for keeping account credentials secure.
Client Materials
Clients keep ownership of their drawings, models, files, comments, and project materials. PIXL may process those materials to provide agreed services, support Project Rooms, and maintain business records.
Billing And Accounting
Quotes, invoices, subscriptions, and payment records in Project Rooms support PIXL service delivery. Payment and accounting activity may be processed through PIXL-approved business systems for collection, records, and reporting.
Restrictions
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with operations, reverse engineer private systems, or use Project Rooms for regulated data without written agreement.
Availability And Changes
PIXL works to keep active Project Rooms available, but maintenance, project closeout, agreement changes, or events outside PIXL control may affect access. PIXL may improve, modify, or retire features over time.
