Information We Collect
PIXL LLC collects the account, company, project, file, comment, invitation, billing, invoice, subscription, and usage information needed to operate private Project Rooms and related spatial-experience services.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide client Project Rooms, manage project access, host project assets, support comments and approvals, prepare billing records, protect the service, and communicate about active work.
Service Providers
PIXL may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, accounting, analytics, support, and email. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to deliver and protect the service.
Data Sharing
PIXL does not sell client Project Room data. We share information only with authorized project members, service providers acting for PIXL, legal or compliance obligations, or with client direction.
Retention And Security
We retain project and billing records as needed for service delivery, business records, legal requirements, and security review. We use access controls, private credentials, and operational safeguards to protect the service.
